Adaptive Cultures offers a 12-month experiential program in leading-edge cultural transformation methodologies.
The Adaptive Cultures frameworks enable organisations to evolve their ways of working by building genuine adaptive capacity. The program is a uniquely transformative experience, providing leaders and practitioners skills, frameworks and support to transform themselves, their practices and their organisations.
This one year program focuses on immediate application and impact through organisational case studies. Practitioners find they develop greater confidence, courage and compassion in navigating the significant challenges of transforming systems.
Each year-long program blends face to face immersive workshops, online social learning and community interaction. There are a series of, webinars, instructional videos and frameworks provided, with regular sharing of insights and ideas. These are all aligned with guiding genuine organisational transformation.
Change management and other traditional approaches to culture reinforce existing problems. They do not allow organisations to evolve uniquely, quickly or sustainably.

Alison Cameron, Co-founder and Director
Alison is passionate about supporting organisations to be more connected, vibrant and alive. She believes that business can be a vehicle for social transformation and is focussed on enabling more leaders and practitioners to reimagine the world of work, the role of organisations and the potential of humanity.
Alison has worked in social transformation, leadership and culture for over 20 years in Australia, Asia and Europe.

Andrew Brown, Co-founder and Director
Andrew’s passion is to support people to bring their innate compassion and wisdom into creating humane and impactful places to work. Andrew has been drawn to the work of building adaptive capacity, as he believes it is essential in order for our organisations, industries and communities to grow and thrive.
His previous experiences include Head of Learning and Leadership Development for AXA Asia Pacific Holdings, and Chief Actuary and CFO at AXA in Singapore and The Philippines.
