Reduced Fee or Pro-Bono Partnerships

Does your organisation need support in transforming its ways of working, evolving organisational culture, or becoming more adaptive?

As part of our accredited practitioner program, culture practitioners have the opportunity to apply their learnings to organisations.

Whilst many of our practitioner network apply the learnings to their own organisations, there are circumstances where practitioners have availability and desire to work with other organisations. The culture practitioners all have experience in the field of culture transformation and are further upskilling to include leading-edge adaptive culture practices.

To support this, Adaptive Cultures is inviting not-for-profit AND for-profit organisations to join a list of organisations for practitioners in training to partner with.  Listed organisations are partnered with appropriate practitioners in our network and receive significant fee reduction and in some cases pro-bono work.  By partnering with one of these culture practitioners, you will have the opportunity to experience and apply Adaptive Cultures frameworks and methodologies within your organisation.

Please register your interest below if your organisation has:

  • A need and willingness to engage with a partner in enabling cultural evolution
  • A current tangible cultural need or challenge you would like help addressing

Following your expression of interest, we’ll set up a conversation to assess suitability.

If successful, your organisation will be matched with a suitable practitioner to initiate a conversation to assess how they can help.

Not-for-profits may be supported by pro-bono or significantly reduced fee for work.  For-profits can negotiate a significantly reduced fee with the practitioner.
