Confidentiality Agreement

 

An essential part of participating in the Adaptive Cultures Community is sharing and learning from each other’s experiences and perspectives.

This may include sharing your own challenges and growth edges, your organisation’s challenges and growth edges as well as information and ideas for enabling cultural evolution.

To enable open sharing and community learning, it is important that confidences are respected so that people can feel free to express themselves fully and authentically. It is also important that people feel free to apply the learnings and insights they gain through community interactions in their daily practices.

To ensure a safe and trusting environment is created and maintained, the following principles are essential for all community members to abide by:

1. Participants are free to use the insights, information and learnings from the community in their own practice, as long as they do not disclose the identity or the affiliation of any other participant.

2. Participants are free to share practical examples in the community from their work and practice but may not disclose any information about other people or organisations that would contravene privacy laws, breach confidentiality expectations or be libellous.

In accepting membership to the online community you acknowledge that you agree to abide by these principles.
