Co-founders of Adaptive Cultures, Alison and Andrew are internationally acclaimed culture change and leadership guides, strategists and researchers.
They specialise in whole of organisation cultural evolution from strategy through to implementation alongside leaders who have a passion for contribution.
Together they partner with clients in building effective leadership cultures, through developing leadership capacity at the individual, team and organisational levels.
Their work has been recognised by senior executive and board levels as “turning around” cultures, leadership behaviours and results, helping leaders to make changes with a substantial positive impact on the wider organisation and community.
They are recognised by their clients and colleagues as thought leaders in the areas of culture and leadership. Their acclaimed whitepaper “Developing Adaptive Organisations through Leadership and Culture”, is being endorsed and implemented by practitioners and organisations globally.

Andrew’s passion is to support people to bring their innate compassion and wisdom into creating great places to work. His previous experiences include Head of Learning and Leadership Development for AXA Asia Pacific Holdings, and Chief Actuary and CFO at AXA in Singapore and The Philippines. Together, Andrew and Alison’s wisdom and experiences uniquely combine to create extraordinary results for their clients.
Alison is passionate about supporting organisations to be more humane places where humility and vulnerability are celebrated and people are empowered to live authentically and to their highest potential. In 2010 Alison became the first Australian accredited in the groundbreaking Overcoming the Immunity to Change process, studying directly with renowned Harvard Professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey.
Terri is curious, insightful and passionate about creating organisational cultures that help people thrive. Her experience includes various leadership and culture roles at Bayer and Siemens in Australia and Germany, and she plays a key role in nurturing and supporting our growing global Adaptive Cultures Community.
Cat brings light and sparkle to everyone she works with. Liaising with clients and partners, managing projects and events, she is integral to all that Adaptive Cultures is and does.
