Co-founders of Adaptive Cultures, Alison and Andrew, are internationally acclaimed culture and leadership guides, strategists and researchers.
They specialise in whole of organisation cultural evolution from strategy through to implementation, alongside leaders who have a passion for contribution.
Together they partner with clients in building effective leadership cultures, through developing leadership capacity at the individual, team and organisational levels.
Their work has been recognised by senior executive and board levels as “turning around” cultures, leadership behaviours and results, helping leaders to make changes with a substantial positive impact in the broader organisation and community.
Their clients and colleagues recognise them as positive disruptors and provocateurs in the areas of culture and leadership. Their whitepaper “Developing Adaptive Organisations through Leadership and Culture” has transformed the perspectives of practitioners and organisations globally as they strive to enable cultural evolution.
Andrew’s passion is to support people to bring their innate compassion and wisdom into creating great places to work. His previous experiences include Head of Learning and Leadership Development for AXA Asia Pacific Holdings, and Chief Actuary and CFO at AXA in Singapore and The Philippines. Together, Andrew and Alison’s wisdom and experiences uniquely combine to create extraordinary results for their clients.
Alison is passionate about supporting organisations to be more humane places where humility and vulnerability are celebrated and people are empowered to live authentically and to their highest potential. In 2010 Alison became the first Australian accredited in the groundbreaking Overcoming the Immunity to Change process, studying directly with renowned Harvard Professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey.
Terri is curious, insightful and passionate about creating organisational cultures that help people thrive. Her experience includes various leadership and culture roles at Bayer and Siemens in Australia and Germany, and she plays a key role in nurturing and supporting our growing global Adaptive Cultures Community.
From ensuring that programs and events are a success, to bringing creative flair and critical thinking to the evolution of Adaptive Cultures, Sarah supports the Adaptive Cultures purpose to be realised. Her diverse background includes working in film, design and photography and contributes to Sarah being a creative and out of the box thinker. Her passion is to be part of the evolution of a more positive world for her children, the planet and all its inhabitants.
