Our Team

Virtual teaming is second nature to Adaptive Cultures with full-time members in Melbourne, Currumbin Valley and Miami, Australia and practitioners across the globe.

Prior to COVID-19 (and hopefully soon again), we travel to clients based around Australia and in New Zealand, Singapore, India, China, USA, UK and Europe.  For now, we work virtually in multiple time zones and geographies.

Co-founders of Adaptive Cultures, Alison and Andrew, are internationally acclaimed culture and leadership guides, strategists and researchers.

They specialise in whole of organisation cultural evolution from strategy through to implementation, alongside leaders who have a passion for making their organisations and the world a better place to be.

Together they partner with clients in evolving leadership, ways of working and culture, through developing leadership capacity at an individual, team and organisational levels.

Andrew Brown

Co-Founder and Director

Andrew’s passion is to support people to bring their innate compassion and wisdom into creating great places to work. His previous experiences include Head of Learning and Leadership Development for AXA Asia Pacific Holdings, and Chief Actuary and CFO at AXA in Singapore and The Philippines. Together, Andrew and Alison’s wisdom and experiences uniquely combine to create extraordinary results for their clients.

Alison Cameron

Co-Founder and Director

Alison is passionate about supporting organisations to be more humane places where humility and vulnerability are celebrated and people are empowered to live authentically and to their highest potential. In 2010 Alison became the first Australian accredited in the groundbreaking Overcoming the Immunity to Change process, studying directly with renowned Harvard Professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey.

Terri is curious, insightful and passionate about creating organisational cultures that help people thrive. Her experience includes various leadership and culture roles at Bayer and Siemens in Australia and Germany, and she plays a key role in nurturing and supporting our growing global Adaptive Cultures Community.
